Re comment 42 in the sem post, and sent to me by the Gentleman from Oz: what happens when mothers get a little carried away with the shidduch thing.

    for those of you as slow as me (is it really me at fault here?!) the connection is: comment #42 > overprotective > mom setting up her single kid.

  2. Someone should have warned her- although it worked for the Jews for thousands of years, in the past 20 years “the system” has become an abject and abysmal failure
