Pickles and ice cream, I’ve discovered, aren’t as bad together as you’d think.
My experiment was carried out with Breyers Rocky Road and gherkins, for anyone who’d like to duplicate it.

Dang, now I need pickles so I can decide whether to agree with you. Ice cream I have.
It was surprisingly okay. The salty flavor of the pickle didn’t clash with the sweet ice cream. I don’t know that I’d recommend it, but it was nowhere near repulsive.
