Uch I remember my worst date was going out with a girl who seemed interesting on paper, but when we actually sat down to talk, I ended up carrying the whole conversation because she would just sit there and do nothing. She wasn’t even especially responsive to my attempts to get her to talk (and I’m a people person!). Needless to say it didn’t go anywhere.
Maybe she wasn’t sure she had a heter to talk to you!
